Among some of the fruits with higher content are: mangoes, raspberries, strawberries, and dried fruits such as peaches, plums, apricots, figs, raisins, and blueberries. Fruit juices also usually contain fiber in a smaller proportion, so they are also recommended.
As you can see, a high-fiber diet, besides helping to prevent constipation, contains many other benefits, so it is not surprising that experts recommend it. Constipation is a severe problem, even though it may not seem so, so it should never be taken lightly, especially if it is a person with ASD who has the problem.
